Sukhoi SSJ-100
The Sukhoi Superjet 100 of 2011 was modern Russia's first all-new civil airliner since the Soviet era, a regional jet seating around 100 developed with extensive Western partnership. It aimed to break into the global regional market, winning some export customers alongside heavy use at home by Aeroflot. Reliance on Western parts later left it exposed to sanctions, prompting the import-substituted SJ-100 redesign.
