Embraer ERJ-135
The Embraer ERJ-135 of 1999 was the smallest of Brazil's regional jet family, seating around 37, a shrink of the successful ERJ-145. It let airlines bring jet service to very thin routes that couldn't fill a larger aircraft. It helped establish Embraer as a major force in regional aviation.
