British Aerospace BAe-146-100
The British Aerospace BAe 146 of 1983 was a distinctive four-engined regional jet with a high wing and T-tail, remarkably quiet and able to use short, steep-approach airports. The -100 was the shortest version, seating around 70–90, ideal for city-centre and challenging airfields like London City. Its four small engines and whisper-quiet operation earned it the nickname "Whisperjet".
