Tupolev Tu-134A
The Tupolev Tu-134 of 1967 was a Soviet short-haul twin-jet with rear engines, widely used across the Eastern Bloc and famed for early versions' glazed navigator's nose. The Tu-134A was the stretched, improved version seating around 80, a workhorse of Aeroflot and allied carriers for decades. Rugged and adaptable, it became one of the most recognisable jets behind the Iron Curtain.
