Tupolev Tu-204
The Tupolev Tu-204 of 1989 was a modern Russian single-aisle jet designed to replace the Tu-154, with a supercritical wing, winglets and a two-crew glass cockpit seating around 210. Broadly comparable to the Boeing 757, it arrived amid the post-Soviet economic collapse and sold only in small numbers. It kept a thread of Russian mainline airliner production alive through lean decades.
