Hawker Siddeley Trident-3B
The Trident 3B of 1971 was a stretched version seating around 150, with a unique fourth "boost" engine in the tail to help it take off at higher weights. It gave British European Airways high capacity on busy short-haul routes. It was the final and largest Trident, ending a technically bold but commercially limited line.
