Airbus A300-600
The A300-600 of 1983 modernised the pioneering widebody with a two-crew glass cockpit, updated systems and a longer cabin seating up to 375. It gave Airbus a competitive medium-haul widebody through the 1980s and 1990s and sold strongly as a freighter, notably to FedEx. It kept the A300 line relevant right up to the end of its production in 2007.
