Bombardier CS300

The CSeries CS300 was the larger version, seating up to 160 and reaching into 737 and A319 territory with far lower operating cost. Launch operators like airBaltic and Swiss praised its efficiency, quiet and comfort, but the programme's financial strain led Airbus to take it over as the A220-300. It proved a small manufacturer could out-engineer the giants, even if it could not out-sell them alone.
