Bombardier DHC-8-300
The Dash 8-300 of 1989 stretched the fuselage to seat around 50–56, giving regional operators more capacity while keeping turboprop economics. It became a popular mid-size regional aircraft, especially where short runways or short sectors made jets impractical. It broadened the Dash 8 family into a versatile workhorse.
